The "Three-Police Integration" initiative, also known as the "All-Police Connection" or "Multi-Police Connection" project, is a public security initiative driven by reforms to the "One-Stop Service" initiative. This initiative allows citizens to "take a number, go to a single window, and see a single officer" nearby, enabling "one-officer service" for a wide range of public security matters. This integration includes public security household registration matters, customs entry and exit matters, and traffic police vehicle management matters. Our company's all-in-one terminal for public security windows, known as the Multi-Function Integrated Window Workstation by public security departments, complies with Ministry of Public Security standards and integrates multiple functions, including ID card information reading, optical fingerprint collection module, facial recognition, document and license scanning, 1D/2D code reading, handwritten signature, and service evaluation. It is user-friendly, simple to use, and offers a rich set of features.

In May 2019, to address the urgent needs of citizens who needed to apply for documents in different locations and travel to multiple locations for different services, the public security department launched a "one-stop service" service reform. This allows citizens to "go to one window, get one number, and see one officer" nearby, achieving "one-stop service" for 80% of public security matters. However, hardware compatibility and integration still face six major issues: excessive host load, unstable system operation, poor device access, difficult maintenance, low service efficiency, and cluttered counters. These issues have significantly impacted the public's experience and satisfaction. The multifunctional integrated window workstation developed by Shenzhen Qixing Linghang complies with the standards set by the Ministry of Public Security. It integrates ID card information reading, fingerprint collection, portrait collection, document scanning, 1D/2D code reading, handwritten signatures, and service evaluation functions. It facilitates police work, is easy to use, and offers a rich set of features. It is suitable for multiple business acceptance windows and can handle services including household registration, entry and exit, and vehicle and driver management.
